Swayam Krushi, meaning Self-Effort or Self-Reliance Through Work, is RASYA Foundation’s livelihood and family empowerment program. It supports parents of children with special needs, women, senior citizens, caregivers, and underserved individuals through skill-building, self-employment, micro-enterprise, home-based production, corporate gifting, traditional food products, handmade goods, and income-generation opportunities. The program recognizes that long-term care often depends on family stability. When parents and caregivers gain livelihood opportunities, they can better support therapy, education, health, dignity, and independence. Swayam Krushi represents the Thrive stage of The RASYA Pathway.
